How Electroformed Bellows Are Made?

Electroformed bellows are produced by depositing metal onto a precision mandrel and then removing the mandrel to create a seamless, ultra-thin bellows structure. This process enables low spring rate, high flexibility, and highly customized geometries for precision applications.
